Description
Tensonil Tablet is a non-prescription Ayurvedic medicine which is mainly used for the treatment of High Blood Pressure, Insomnia and mental Stress.
Tensonil Tablet is determined only on the basis of previous information related to the age, sex and health of the patient.
Some side effects are commonly seen with Tensonil Tablet, such as dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue. In general, the side effects of Tensonil Tablet do not persist for long and once the treatment is over they also get cured. Contact your doctor if these side effects become worse or last longer.
The Pregnant women and breastfeeding women, patient of Heart, Liver, Kidney disease are advice to take this medicine after Doctor advice.
The appropriate dose of Tensonil Tablet depends on the age, sex and previous health problems of the patient.

टेन्साेनील टेबलेट के साथ आमतौर पर कुछ दुष्प्रभाव देखे जाते हैं, जैसे चक्कर आना, उनींदापन, थकान। आमतौर पर टेनसोनिल टैबलेट के दुष्प्रभाव लंबे समय तक नहीं रहते हैं और एक बार इलाज खत्म हो जाने पर वे ठीक भी हो जाते हैं. अपने चिकित्सक से संपर्क करें यदि ये दुष्प्रभाव बदतर हो जाते हैं या लंबे समय तक चलते हैं।
गर्भवती महिलाओं और स्तनपान कराने वाली महिलाओं, हृदय, यकृत, गुर्दे की बीमारी के रोगी को डॉक्टर की सलाह के बाद इस दवा को लेने की सलाह दी जाती है।

Cancellation Policy
Return
Returns of any ordered product or replacement of the product is acceptable within 7 days of receipt of the product. However, returns are limited to following cases:
- Damaged or Defective products : If product is received in damaged condition or defective, immediately contact our Customer Care team at +91 94095 31500 or mail info@thepunarvasu.com. We will refund your payment or send a replacement product, depending on your preference after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective products.
- Different Product Receipt: If product received is different than your ordered product, immediately contact our Customer Care team at +91 94095 31500 or info@thepunarvasu.com. We will refund your payment or send a replacement product, depending on your preference after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with received product.
- No return or replacement claim will be entertained after 7 days from receipt of goods.
Cancellation

Refund
We will initiate any of your eligible refunds within 7 working days of our confirmation.
